Why does my Humidifier switch on and off so quickly?
When the controller detects that your desired humidity setpoint is reached, it turns the humidifier off. Once the detected humidity drops down one point, it turns the humidifier back on. This can happen within seconds and can continue happening. The solution is in the settings for the controller. Check the manual above and set the Output Difference to 2 instead of 1. This will tell the controller to not switch the humidifier back on until the humidity drops 2 points lower than your set point.
